CLA’s or “conjugated linoleic acid” is another
type of good fat. Research indicates that CLA’s could be one
of our most potent defenses against cancer.
Vitamin E is a potent antioxidant and in humans is linked with lower
risk of heart disease and cancer, as well as having anti-aging properties.
